  Currently I’m working at Pioneer Foods Group. Managing all debtors and creditors accounts. Managing cash handling, banking and follow up on payments every month to all account customers. Compiling monthly reports. Ensuring accurate record keeping of internal records. Opening new accounts and process payment that are paid by hard cash customers and clear all shipment on the system. General control over unit admin functions. Receiving orders from reps and Customer via Fax, emails and telephone, then capture them on create shipment and do the routing for the following day’s delivery and schedule transporters for deliveries. Confirming picked orders on SAP and do the billing after confirmation. Pass credits on Good and Bad Stock. Post cash on SAP and Reconcile Shipments and clear the customer accounts and Shipment. Doing follow up on orders that are sitting on Age Analysis, and control the Banking. Attend to all customer and Reps queries. Creating Purchase Orders on SAP. Receipt stock from our suppliers to the system. I hope that my Skills and my Experience are suited for the position I am applying for and I’m willing to learn more in order to upgrade my Skills.
