• Responsible for the procurement processing returns in volume of 3000 orders with a daily value over £2m, order rejections, checking quality, checking damaged goods ensuring all return items are booked onto XTracker initially to confirm start of refund process. • Responsible for raising RMA’s and RTO’s so items that have not been processed properly by the customer can be booked IN • Responsible for negotiating delivery issues, cancellations, SOR’s and RTV’s, ensuring SLA’s are met within 24hrs • Responsible for implementing new processes and train both old and new staff across the distribution centre. • QC all jewellery including that of FINE jewellery returned by customer ensuring all items are checked, PASSED or FAILED where appropriate and returned to Head office for further processing. • Responsible for liaising with finance and customer care by email that the customer returns are satisfactory and due for a full refund or store credit following company rules and policies •Responsible for carrying out random quality checks and all products on a daily basis and reporting findings to Line Manager.
