  • Development of G-code programs for multi-axis machines using CAD/CAM/CAE systems: SIEMENS NX 8,9,12. • Working with multi-axis machines: Huron (K2X8 Five, KX200, KX100, K2X20, K2X15 Five), Hermle C50/C40/C30, HPline(2616,26120). • Using CAD/CAM/CAE systems (SIEMENS NX 12) for creating: 3D models of parts, driving surfaces for multi-axis strategy in NX and also assembly of CNC machines for verification systems. • Designing and producing special fixture for parts. • Working with Siemens Sinumerik 840D. • Working with different materials: Magnesium and Aluminum alloys, steel, alloy steel and stainless steel, hardened steel, titanium alloys, HRSA (Nickel alloys and Cobalt alloys). • Knowledge: IMSverify for verification G-codes, AutoCAD to working with technological documentation.
