I have known Bogusia since April 2007 when I joined Aon Hewitt organization. She used to be my direct supervisor. I worked with her intensively from the beginning on numerous projects like: transition from UK and India locations, building Payroll structure in Krakow, designing new processes and creating the quality measurements. Bogusia and I met 9 years ago when the Aon Hewitt started operating in Krakow. At the time, Bogusia was heavily involved in making the whole start-up of the company happen and operate well.
