I work very closely with Bogdan for six years. He is highly skilled in signal processing, software design, and system debug. We work together on the D1 platform, which is a complex real-time embedded system tasked to generate massive 4G LTE signal load. Borgan and I often collaborate on FPGA and DSP integration, where we successfully brought online many new advanced PHY features. We also held many FPGA-DSP joint debug session, where I witness Bogdan's work ethics, calm demeanor, and problem solving skill at work. We came up with an in-house field-data replay system that enables system-level failure to be recreated in Matlab, and this custom-developed, standardized process drastically reduce investigation time for the entire engineering division. Bogdan is a great colleague, and a pleasant individual to be around.

Dyaptive addressed probably the most challenging and complex testing equipment in the wireless industry (in Vancouver). During my projects here, I found the answer to my lifetime question: - What does it take to make a successful HiTech Company?Well, the answer may not be universal... though, in this case: * a very focused top management with open door policy * a truly great customer support * a team of dedicated people in a cooperative culture (< 5% BS) Dyaptive addressed probably the most challenging and complex testing equipment in the wireless industry (in Vancouver).
