Resolve the tickets that are created by the customer and forwarded by the first level to us, implementing new Software updates, bugfix on Live but also Stage and Integration. Process the emails and calls that are received, in tickets in ServiceNow, Remedy or the implemented Siemens ticketing system depending on the project. Remote connect to the user if that is needed also user couching if the user requests this. Resolve 60% of the tickets, escalate the tickets to Tier 2 if no access is available for a specific item or no solution is available in Teamcenter or escalate the ticket to the Tier 3 if there is a bug in the application. Document the solutions for specific tickets in the database and monitor the specific Teamcenter applications Show less
