Managing the HR activities and team for GfK Global Service Center in Iasi, Romania. Managed services were: Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Administrative and Payroll, Learning and Development. With a great team our main accomplishments were:1. Talent Acquisition:- Improvement of speed and quality on the recruitment process for the CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interview) department,- Decrease the cost of hire per positions with 12%,- Decrease Time to Hire per entry level positions with 10%2. Compensation and Benefits- Created Compensation Strategy for the year and Included all employees to salary studies (2 external and one internal)- Decreased turnover reason for financial reasons with 15%3. Admin and Payroll- Decreased errors in Payroll to 0 (zero)- Decreased time for paperwork with over 50%- Minor internal and external findings (Internal GfK audit, ITM)4. Learning and Development- Increase of over 75% of internal training delivered with over 90% satisfaction rate- Using Skills Matrix for each employee we identified skills gaps and developed L&D Calendar for the year.
