Bio
Ryan Swarts
As a UX designer at Infuz, I worked on-site at NISC with Nate for about a month on a customer portal project. I couldn't have had a better partner. On the business side, he was great. The project went really smoothly because of his efforts and his attention to detail. He ran a good schedule, got me the answers I needed, and facilitated meetings with the right people at the right times. I would trust Nate to run any business program (from high-level planning to the fine details). He was always on the ball, and it made my work more successful. As important as all of that is, though, I mostly remember how much I enjoyed working with him personally. From the CEO on down, everyone I met at NISC showed a small-town, genuine friendliness that you don't encounter every day. Nate embodied this as well as anyone else there. I know the phrase "good guy" gets tossed around a lot. But Nate really is one. I'd love to work with him again.
