  • Responsible for managing investment and collateral operations for the State of Ohio portfolios consisting of approximately $30 billion in investments and $16 billion in collateral. Subject matter expert for the creation of Ohio Polled Collateral System (OPCS). Operations include linked deposits, investment account reconciliation with custody banks, posting income, maturities and corporate actions, creating accounting entries for income in Ohio Administrative Knowledge System (OAKS) and providing audit and GASB reporting support.• Manage collateral operations for TOS bank deposits and Ohio Pooled Collateral System consisting of approximately $11 billion in deposits and $16 billion in collateral.• Primary contact for financial institutions wishing to become approved depositories for the State of Ohio. Conduct the biennial depository application process.• Manage Agency Collateral operations for State of Ohio agencies.• Administer TOS Economic Development linked deposit programs.• Ensure all stakeholders both internal and external are highly confident in the competency of TOS Trust Operations.
