Action: Obtain agreements and build trust through coaching the Regional Executive Directors as they develop a shared vision of working collaboratively. Designed and executed workshops for each Board that both modeled the shared vision and tapped the energy required to articulate unmet needs in the current system that are now being addressed at multiple levels in the organization.
