Bob is a product marketing machine. IMHO there is little distinction between great product managers and great product marketers; they are simply great product leaders that can 'walk, talk, and listen.' Bob is one of those. Having spent a long career in product management, Bob came into Accellion marketing in his first product marketing role. With just a little guidance on storytelling and grammar, he produced videos, eBooks, product sheets, SEO blog posts, sales presentations, etc. at ridiculous pace. I would hire him again in a New York minute.

Bob is one of the best Product Managers with which I have ever worked. He understands the value of getting information from field employees and works diligently to ensure that the product is the best match for what the customer wants/needs. Bob also has a great understanding of the 'big picture' within an organization and can quickly find a solution to any problem.

Led the semantic layer and query server development for Oracle’s premier business intelligence product. Defined the federation of multidimensional data sources (MOLAP) used by the acquired Hyperion financial applications with SQL (ROLAP) sources used by Oracle business applications, an industry first. I simplified metadata updates for packaged BI applications, reduced escalations through better training and documentation, became a sought-after speaker about Oracle BI modeling, regularly briefed visiting CxOs, and helped close major deals.
