At Novartis Consumer Health, as the technical project lead, implemented PeopleSoft 7.5 HR, Benefits Administration, and Payroll Interface. Designed and developed all vendor interfaces, and modified COBOL programs for the Payroll Interface and many custom SQR programs and queries for end-users, including ad-hoc reports to meet weekly business processes. Extensively used PeopleTools customizing pages, records, menus, and created indexes within PeopleSoft to meet the client’s business and system requirements. Created the interface for the client’s 401(k) process, and wrote in/out bound processes for Open Enrollment. Show less
