Bob Ciosek is a rare guy - a creative with the ability, temperament and willpower to work through the strategy until everything aligns and the creative results sing. Bob invented a research tool that we used to understand how consumers interact with juvenile product brands at a basic emotional level - and it unlocked amazing insights we were able to deploy in the turnaround of the Evenflo brand which has seen a great return on investment for its owners. Bob's someone of the highest integrity who puts the consumer at the center of everything he does. He has my highest recommendation.
