Envision E.M.I.-National Youth Leadership Forum

  The two ten day forums took place on the UNC-Chapel Hill campus hosting between 250 and 300 scholars per forum. The operations team was in charge of the logistics on a daily basis. We were the first ones up in the morning to make sure everything was in the class rooms, scholars were where they were supposed to be, and that any issues that arose were taken care of. We were the first ones up in the morning to make sure everything was in the class rooms, scholars were where they were supposed to be, and that any issues that arose were taken care of. We were also the last to end our days after all the scholars were safely in their dorm rooms. Daily tasks included driving, moving materials, locating scholars, handling medical issues, cleaning rooms, setting up AV equipment, and handling any other issues as those came up. Show less
