The two ten day forums took place on the UNC-Chapel Hill campus hosting between 250 and 300 scholars per forum. The operations team was in charge of the logistics on a daily basis. We were the first ones up in the morning to make sure everything was in the class rooms, scholars were where they were supposed to be, and that any issues that arose were taken care of. We were also the last to end our days after all the scholars were safely in their dorm rooms… Show more The two ten day forums took place on the UNC-Chapel Hill campus hosting between 250 and 300 scholars per forum. Working nights as a bartender requires one to have excellent people skills and be able to communicate and relate with many patrons of all ages and from many backgrounds. Engaging these patrons is just as important as serving them, as the bartender is the only face of the business. Responsibilities included making drinks, cleaning, stocking, setting up tills, and locking up at the end of the night.

For the next four semesters I hosted a sports show covering the university teams from varsity and club level, as well as some intramural sports. With a co-host, I was in charge of a small staff to put together highlights being edited weekly, as well as reporting the scores of the past week. I was the first producer of this show, creating the idea and organizing the show myself, and then hiring co-hosts to help as needed from semester to semester. Robert Twing. Show less
