Head the Internal Graphics department by running all machinery and guiding the team through day-to-day processes, including installs. Develop engaging designs for the race team, including car schemes, haulers, and various pieces of equipment, by identifying each team’s needs and spearheading the process from concept to completion. Promote team sponsors by creating a variety of eye-catching graphics and implementing them as part of team materials as well as in-house advertisements. Key Accomplishments: • Established an Internal Graphics department from the ground up by taking the lead in production processes (ex. operating wide format printers, laminators, and plotters), training coworkers on equipment, and performing as a designer/graphics installer when necessary. • Achieved the “BBFL Award” (2018) due to being the key member of a brand-new department, saving the company from significant expenses via in-house graphics production.
