Transferring to this new Gold Gym in the Queen City, I knew I had to rebuild the culture with-inside the club. The goal was to make this location not just a place to workout, but a destination point for people to visit when they are in Charlotte Uptown.The main source of communication with customers now is social media. Taking over all social media platforms to put a new spin on a health and fitness club was the big component on this (you can check out the videos I have created on our Instagram Page @goldsgymepi). Typically Gold's Gym is seen as a muscle head place, but through the staff focus and vision, we have created it a place for all people to work out and be comfortable at. After rebranding the culture of the club and building a solid team, the increased membership by 25% compared to last year was the result. Show less
