Responsible for managing up 10 projects at any given time on projects ranging from roustabout services, building tank batteries, salt water disposals, water transfer stations, etc. to more intricated new construction facilities such as Compressor Stations, and Gas Plants as well as manage maintenance crews whenever needed. I report directly to the Chief Operations Officer and to multiple customers representatives daily. My job is to execute my projects from start to finish. I go on job walks, read prints & P&ID’s and create MTO’s from them. I estimate, schedule and resource loaded each project, then track the widgets daily to monitor progress and cost. I am responsible to insure projects were complete within budget and IFO. I schedule with my Superintendents weekly and through widget tracking and updates I measure the progress of my projects and other cost/health issues. I set firm expectations and follow through regularly to ensure they were being met. I communicate and enforce company policies and ensure employees followed safe work practices. I ensure disciplinary action is administered when necessary. I am responsible for insuring we provide as-built drawling's and any other necessary documentation whenever requested by the customer.

I have had the privilege of being a construction supervisor at the SASOL MEGA PROJECT in Westlake LA which is considered the largest construction project in the country today. I schedule and coordinate welding crews performing pipe rack tie ins, erection of steel structures and supports and am responsible for visual inspections not only of the welds being made but also of the inside of pipe to ensure pipe cleanliness which will overall have a positive impact the startup procedure by reducing the down time of plugged valves, pipes, pumps, bottle necks, etc. Unfortunately do to the severe weather last year I had to come back to Texas to pursue more consistent work but I must say working on SASOL was an honor. Great project, great people, sucky weather :)

I manage multiple crews responsible for installing service utilities in varous plants. I also install Tank Batteries and pipelines in the West Texas Region. Following prints and P&ID’s, I installed various utility services such as plant steam system which included installing a steam boiler, header and branch piping, low pressure condensate, pump condensate and motive steam piping to various condensate pumps throughout the plant. I installed PRV and trap stations wherever called out on the prints. I ran hot oil, chill water and utility air lines to various rooms and skids. This piping was ran on the ground on supports, off the walls on cantilevers supports and in the air on clevis hangers (fixed and roller) and trapeze style hanging support systems.
