  I teach music two days per week, TA in English for three days and I am a 'Form' Tutor The music course I'm teaching is a unit award scheme through AQA, I have selected a mixture of units to encourage creativity and also to teach transferrable skills for when students eventually begin working. I've also been able to teach units such as Racism and Discrimination and Understanding Mental Health, finding that the students engage very well with certain subjects through the medium of music. The biggest success so far has been encouraging expression through lyric writing, where students have written about their experiences and their mental health.
