Located in New York’s Catskill Mountains, Timber Lake West is just over 2 hours northwest of New York City and 3 hours from Philadelphia. Set on a mountaintop, its 380 secluded acres features its own private spring-fed lake and an outstanding array of summer camp facilities.The Timber Lake West experience is designed to give campers the edge they need to succeed in every aspect of their development into young adults and beyond. We have built a program on a foundation of safe and fun play created to promote the kinds of growth that give every child “the edge” they need to reach their highest potential. What we start at Timber Lake West stays with our campers the rest of their journey to adulthood. And it makes a difference.

We also offer programs at our Canton waterfront location, DuBurns Arena, and our Cross Keys location, Coppermine Training Center.I coached year round at Coppermine leading clinics for lacrosse, basketball, soccer, baseball and more. As a staunch advocate for Long Term Athlete Development, my focus as a coach was fun, growth and character development.

  MDX is a non profit travel club based out of Maryland. They Specialize in teaching and emphasizing speed, lacrosse IQ and expect our players to bring a tenacious attitude and work ethic to every practice and game. I coached for them for 1.5 years before being hired by TLW Camp.The MDX elementary school program is an early adopter of the US Lacrosse Athlete Development model. This means that we use a simpler version of lacrosse (7v7) to teach the basic concepts needed to truly understand the game and allow players to get as many touches as possible. We provide a positive, interactive, and intelligently designed environment for kids to learn the game. Our players are required to play every position on the field until 5th grade and are guaranteed equal playing time. We take pride in developing every player in the elementary school program, and as we always keep the focus on FUN!The MDX middle school program is a continuation of the US Lacrosse athlete player development model that we follow in the MDX-R ES program. The MS teams play full field, 10 v 10 in a more traditional format. The season runs from September through June; and includes, 2 fall tournaments, the Mid Maryland winter league, the Greater Howard County spring league, and 3 summer tournaments. All MDX-R MS teams are coached by current/former high school coaches.THE MDX high school program is one of the top programs in the mid-Atlantic region. The program is broken down into two seasons, fall and summer; and, the HS teams play in 6-7 Elite recruiting tournaments each season, including National championship events like IMG Nationals (Florida) and The Adrenaline Challenge (California). In just 5 years, The MDX-R HS program has sent over 100 players to NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA Varsity programs.

In that time we hosted pitch trainings for ABC's regional Shark Tank casting call, Young Entrepreneur Association meetings, and several open work sessions for local entrepreneurs. For all of our endeavors we collaborated with the Small Business Association and Salisbury University's student entrepreneurship initiatives.
