  My experience includes over 40 years as a registered including 25 years in administration and management in long term care. I have a bachelor in nursing and a masters in healthcare administration. During my career, I have served 10 years as a director of nursing, 5 years as a nursing home administrator, and over 10 years as a long term care consultant. My specialty is crisis management in poor performing facilities. My resume includes positive outcomes as well as a proven track record in over 25 health care facilities through out the United States, Through utilizing my strategic assessment tools, I am able to quickly develop and implement systems to achieve and maintain regulatory compliance. Currently, I have a Kentucky (compact) RN license, Indiana RN license, Florida RN license, and a Kentucky Nursing Home Administrator license.
