UAV Command and Control Program engineer leading a multi-discipline engineering team on two RQ-4 Global Hawk ground station modernization efforts: 1) Cost reimbursable program ($177M) to design, develop, integrate, test, sell-off and flight test 3 ground stations and 2) FFP program ($35M) tasked with the production, delivery and installation of two ground stations. Responsible for engineering cost, schedule and technical performance. Business Development Pursuit program engineer responsible for all technical deliverables required for successful and timely delivery of commercial/military, domestic/international, sole-source/competitive proposals for cost-plus, firm fixed price and IDIQ based contracts ranging in price from $1 million to $800 million (ceiling). All changes are evaluated for technical, cost and schedule impact resulting in proposal submissions for new Task Orders and ECPs ranging in value from $3M to $85M.
