  Initially I was asked to take the role of the facilities manager to complete the design and structure of a new facility.   Foil Technology was purchased by Insulectro and I was tasked with integrating Foil Technology into the IT systems and standards of Insulectro. During this process Insulectro adopted a customized manufacturing software developed by myself and an outside consultant exclusively for Foil Technology. I stayed with Insulectro until the decision was made to move the company to New England.
