SETA program manager for 25 discrete, classified projects to deliver global satellite communications (SATCOM) and line-of-sight (LOS) data link architectures in support of US Air Force and US Army airborne intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (AISR) missions worldwide. Worked with customers to identify requirements and funding, authored Interagency Agreements, Statements of Work (SOW) and Requests for Proposal, managed and monitored cost, schedule, performance and risk, and successfully executed developmental milestones, acceptance testing, deployment, delivery and operations support worldwide. Systems Engineering lead for a Government satellite communications (SATCOM) program. Led efforts to identify the system’s SATCOM architecture and requirements baseline. Established the program’s ground architecture development and delivery milestones. Chaired numerous Readiness Review Teams to successfully achieve each milestone to deploy and deliver the architecture. Identified and delivered the program’s Operations and Maintenance (O&M) profile and authored the Logistics Support Plan - exceeded program’s 98% link availability requirement across 50+ discrete channels supporting 15+ sites. Established program’s configuration baseline and chaired the Configuration Control Board.
