  Started out in the field as a service technician and worked my way up into a supervisors role. My responsibilities included; repairing, troubleshooting, installing and performing routine maintenance on control valves, ball valves, and ESD systems. Moved into sales position, learned control valve sizing, actuator sizing and used field experience to help with troubleshooting. Lead the inside sales department and shop overseeing projects and inventory to make sure projects were completed in a timely manner and properly.
