SoFi Headquarters, 234 First Street, San Francisco, CA As of January 3, 2019, I took on a position as Chief Engineer with GSH at 234 First St. San Francisco CA. The shell and core of this 6-story historic building had been completed and the tenant improvement started. The shell and core of this 6-story historic building had been completed and the tenant improvement started. Through GSH, I work for the tenant, interfacing with all aspects of the improvement project which includes, but has not been limited to, reviewing all MEP submittals, setting up work plans, interfacing with contractors daily and insuring a safe workplace. All existing equipment is being re-commissioned and all new equipment commissioned. A new BMS system has been installed and is now online. I am responsible for setting up the keying of the building and interfacing with the life safety system. This is a one-man operation. Show less

Electrical infrastructure upgrades with respect to adding transformers and replacing electrical distribution panels with larger panels, and installation of a new window washing cleaning platform. Working with Property Manager on behalf of ownership, I acted as Project Manager for all tenant improvement work, completed renovation of all restrooms throughout the building, completed elevator modernization, including new elevator cab interiors. I was in the process of removing and relocating the underground diesel storage tank and upgrading the building's Energy Management System. I ensured all State and local inspections and annul permits renewed. Supervised one other journeyman engineer. I was the Fire Life Safety Director, responsible for compliance with the SFFD, provided floor warden training to the tenants, followed by the annual fire drill.
