I first met Bob years ago (much longer than I care to admit) as he was traveling as a professional musician. We struck up a friendship and would connect as often as both of our crazy schedules would allow, talking about our family, travel, goals we had and what cities we could find the best martini. It became clear to me that Bob was definitely someone I wanted on my team if the opportunity ever arrived. Fast forward to 2020 and I was needing a Service Manager that had a hands on, jump in with both feet attitude. I knew just the guy. On paper he may not have checked all the standard boxes, but it was clear to the team that he had the core skillset needed and would quickly lead.
