Set up event management company to produce sailing events. Primarily Whidbey Island Race Week. In 1994 Yachting Magazine pulled out of this premier NW Sailing event and I thought it to important to the local sailing community to not let it die. Nicknamed Adult Summer Camp we hosted upwards of 150+ sailboats and close to 1,000 sailors for a week of sailboat racing and awards parties. Set up event management company to produce sailing events.
