  During his career, Dr. Reardon has held R&D Management positions in product research and development, drug safety, regulatory affairs and clinical research in three Fortune 500 companies. He has served as the Chief Operating Officer at TKL Research since 1985 where he has led the initiation and growth of TKL as a full-service CRO over the last two decades. Dr. Reardon is the author of numerous publications in clinical research and a member of multiple professional societies including the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the American Association of Pharmaceutical Sciences, the American Diabetes Association, the American Academy of Dermatology and the Consumer Healthcare Products Association.
