It was a pleasure to serve as Bob's Director of Training for many years at Healthmaster, Inc. and then at Frontline Education. Bob's ability to approach critical business operations strategically and collaboratively, positioned Healthmaster to be the best in class for school health solutions. After acquisition by Frontline Education, Bob led our solution and all health business processes to migrate to our new company and then pivot during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. The result was a brand new product line, fully scaled and implemented, that doubled our annual sales in less than 60 days! I highly admire his performance and tenacity to see our critical gaps and advise his leadership team to safe crossing. I know this because I was part of that team. Bob's management style is extremely accessible and he is a very hands-on administrator. He has all of the traits you would need in a CEO, COO, or any senior leadership position. Especially if your organization looks to expand into new business lines or territories. While Bob has a calming demeanor, he is fearless in his business approach and his instincts are impeccable. I have nothing but respect and admiration for Bob. He helped to turn our little company into an industry powerhouse and he managed to do it while still valuing relationships and team members of every level.
