As my superior and close friend, Bob has always been there for me and for this I am forever grateful. Two of the qualities which I admire most about Bob are his fairness and integrity. In his role as our company's COO and Executive Vice President, he exhibited professionalism and objectivity at all times. Bob continually demonstrated strong leadership skills and coaching ability, especially with our most senior level global managers. His management style is hands on, direct and insightful, thus ensuring that our company's core values were never compromised and that our agreed strategic direction and focus were maintained. His feedback was always direct, honest and professional. Using these skill-sets, he positively challenged our senior global management team yet allowed us to take risks thus realizing our full potential. Bob also exhibits strong relationship-building skills. The interpersonal relationships which he developed with our staff, with our global distribution network, as well as with our key multi-national account customers was beyond reproach.
