  I was a corporate executive for some 35 years with major companies in Western New York with a specialty in turn-around situations in addition of my own company for 5 years. Ten years ago, I was accepted as a full-time faculty member at Medaille College's School of Adult and Graduate Education. My MBA courses for teaching are Marketing in an E-World and Strategy and Leadership. My Bachelor's courses include Global Strategies and the Bachelor Capstone experience. In addition, I have been Chair of the College faculty for the past seven years. The College has three campuses, namely Buffalo, NY (our main campus), Amherst, NY, and Rochester, NY. I presently serve on a number of other committees within the College as well as a liaison for Medaille with civic and educational organizations. In 2008, the College bestowed on me "The Brian Shero Teaching Excellence and Campus Leadership Award." Other activities include past president of Buffalo Niagara Sales and Marketing Executives, a member of the organization's Hall of Fame, mentoring of students in Pi Sigma Epsilon at the University of Buffalo. Was a senior executive on the Intenational Sales and Marketing, a world-wide business entity. Other leadership roles includes being chair of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership's Small Business Council, Chair of the Dunlop Pro Am Awards to name a few personal and professional roles, Chair of the Board of the Arthritis Foundation, which named me "Man of the Year".
