  In partnership with GTCR, Golden Rauner LLC, received a $75 million commitment to start a new dermatology company focused on acquiring, and in-licensing of branded dermatology products. Recruited management team, built an infrastructure, and budget to support a highly trained sales force. Launched first approved topical medical device in the US called Atopiclair®, licensed from Sinclair Pharmaceuticals in the UK. The company also developed and launched an acne product and later merged with Graceway Pharmaceuticals, in conjunction with the acquisition of the 3M pharmaceuticals portfolio for US, Canada, and Latin America.
