During my tenure, this plant made money all five years. One year albeit, we only made $10k!• Managed a budget of $41MM which included total P&L responsibility and plant management.• Increased Sales from $28MM in 1992 to $42MM in 1996.• Achieved a $10MM improvement in profitability over a four-year period, which included $3.2MM in cost reduction.• Received corporate safety award three out of five years. Reduced Workers Compensation cost from $450,000 in 1992 to $50,000 in 1993 with unyielding safety program. Incurred only one lost time accident in FIVE+ years while exceeding 2000 days. • Territory covered the Western one-third of the United States with 10 direct reports and 135 indirect reports.
