  Bob Jamieson is an experienced Prince2 Practitioner,MSP & ITIL qualified manager who has worked in both public and private sectors for the last 20 years. Bob has worked on several major accounts during his tenure at Serco Solutions. He has worked extensively on the Bradford MDC account for 2 years and prior to that the South West RDA account for a similar 2 year period. On both accounts he was responsible for the delivery of major infrastructure portfolios involving Data migration, Apps migration, desktop roll-out and network upgrades. Bob has also been involved in projects for DaimlerChrysler, JSCSC, Future Lab (Bangor University). He recently played a major role in the setting up of a new Serco company HQ in Glasgow before taking on an internal property portfolio in support of the company's data centre upgrade.   Responsible for the restructuring of 3 stand alone cable companies into what became C & W Consumerco. It called for the creation of a raft of new organisations within the company while at the same time having responsibility for several major upgrades to the corporate CRM. I was also assigned the role of 'Head of Change Control' for the STORMS project.

  During this period of my tenure with C & W I managed a team supervisors, network engineers, service enginneers and 140 contract personnel. Responsible for the installation, maintenance and servicing for residential and business clients in NW England.I also Project mamaged the Cognito Workflow environment into Northwest England. I also Project managed the introduction of multi- tasking for all field personnel (Personal Initiative), the E2E Design & Introduction into service of Personnel Tracking Software (Self Designed).I also reduced headcount by 20% through supply and demand study of business needs and introduced 12hr/6 day shift working – resulting in a saving of 18% of Opex.
