  As a Team Relations Specialist, I maintain daily communication with all production Team Members to resolve routine questions and concerns, as well as gauge Team Member morale. I maintain daily communication with my Assistant Manager in Team Relations to ensure that management is aware of issues and concerns. I help management ensure uniform application of policies through internal audits and investigation, reporting of issues to department supervisors, and escalation of resolution to my Assistant Manager in Team Relations, when necessary. I support department supervisors in disciplinary investigations and serve as a Team Member advocate in ensuring consistent treatment. I also serve as a liaison to acquire needed information for Team Members, or to arrange meetings with the appropriate personnel. I work in coordination with supervisors, managers, and administration to communicate information to Team Members in a timely manner. I prepare, and present, various reports, when requested. Assisting with administrative, communication, safety, and training issues are some of my tasks.   As an Owner/Operator I took on full operation of two restaurants. Managing daily tasks in the front and back of the house. Becoming the face of a local business, maintaining positive public relations was a large, successful goal. I took on the responsibilities of a General Manager and developed needed processes from providing adequate stock to quality control in food preparation which were conducted by Team Leads. I also provided full in house human resource responsibilities to include employment, payroll, tax preparation, benefits, policy implementation, and employee relations.
