  May 2013-Feb 2019 - Global C2 Integration Technologies Director, Flight Operations and Quality Assurance Provided Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for the planning and successful execution of a critically needed Quick Reaction Test for aircraft systems that threatened safety of flight. Six federal agencies within the DOD and DHS were engaged for this special series of flight tests that were so critical that Mr. Cunningham worked with Air Force Cyber forces and the Pentagon to replan and continue the flight tests re-trained test aircrews through-out the lock-downs using specially encrypted communications to home offices. The flight systems data was successfully collected, analyzed, and mitigations developed. Results: Test outcomes were briefed at the highest agency levels and mitigations implemented. The innovations demanded by the urgency saved the QRT program over $50M, and forever changed how future systems test will be conducted.
