I was fortunate to take Bob Carr's strategic planning course at Saint Bonaventure University. His examples of the projects he directed as President of Carr Marketing Communication taught me a great deal of how to formulate a business plan. His knowledge of marketing and promoting are of the highest regard, and it was no surprise to learn of the successes Bob has produced for his clients, and the positive impact he has had.

Bob Carr was chosen from among several capable marketing strategy firms to provide the first ever strategic communications, public relations and investor relations campaigns for CTG, Inc., a 60-office, 6,000-person publicly held IT consulting company where I served as Director of Marketing, Communications and Investor Relations. Bob and his team helped us build a strategic messaging platform upon which we built and executed the company's first brand and reputation management program, but also provided a roadmap to promoting and managing our reputation among investors, employees and the general public, through business and trade media and other venues. He helped me and our leadership team understand the importance of communication in the overall business strategy of our firm. He is very professional and communicates on the level of senior management, in terms they understand. I wholeheartedly recommend Bob Carr and Carr Marketing.
