Mr. Brown served as CFO Financial Officer and Administrative officer for DCCCD. He led the District’s participation in the debt market in order to support the expansion of its seven independently accredited colleges. He reestablished District’s AAA rating on tax supported debt, eventually earning a natural AAA rating from all three agencies.
