  I advise clients on their commercial investment holding strategy working on numerous sales and acquisitions of sites and investments focusing on East London but also in other parts of the UK.I work on re-letting, pre-letting, and sale campaigns on numerous office, retail and leisure schemes ranging in size from 500 sq.ft up to 600,000 sq.ft. I am able to provide Landlord & Tenant services including lease surrenders, renewals, re-gears and rent reviews for corporate occupiers and landlords.I am able to provide building owners advice on development potential where I have worked on bringing forward a number of potential development sites ranging from single unit plots to large high-rise, complex mixed-use schemes of over 1 million sq.ft through the initial planning stages before construction. This typically involves executing a strategy towards achieving vacant possession, architect selection, design and mix input, planning and financial viability using and onward sale/letting.

  I initially worked in the commercial agency department in London’s Holborn (“Midtown”) area later taking transferring to the London Docklands branch. I managed over 3 Million sq.ft of commercial property instructions including offices, retail, warehousing and data-centres of existing stock and development opportunities. I worked alongside clients assisting in asset management initiatives to improve income streams in several multi-let buildings including refurbishment, leasing, re-gears and surrenders in buildings up to 500,000 sq.ft.I worked on numerous development sites exploring this potential working with building owners, architects and planning consultants providing development consultancy advice and running financial viability appraisals together with site assembly initiatives including vacant possession initiatives and relevant title issues. I provided a leading role in the Greater London Development Team coordinating with multiple departments in the provision of services through all the stages of a development cycle.
