      I joined the faculty at the University of Idaho in Chemical Engineering. I served as Department Chairman of Chemical Engineering, Dean of Engineering and Vice President of the University. In 1975-75, I spent a year in Quito, Ecuador at the Escuela Politecnica Nacional under a NSF program titled, Scientists and Engineers in Economic Development helping the EPN creat a modern computing system for the university and faculty. I joined the faculty at the University of Idaho in Chemical Engineering. I served as Department Chairman of Chemical Engineering, Dean of Engineering and Vice President of the University.
