His productivity began shortly after he joined the integration team and went through an initial training phase. He quickly took ownership of the tasks assigned to him, and was able on his own to get familiar with new application areas. During his time with Astea Boaz implemented a large number of Import and Export templates for our flagship product. He also developed a new application module as well helped analyzing and fixing application issues. In addition he evaluated the viability of a new integration middleware platform (Scribe Online). Boaz is an outstanding developer who continuously exceeded the expectations set for his position. Boaz has demonstrated an open mind, excellent programming and analytical skills and at the same time proofed to be a good team player and a well-accepted team member.
