When the technical lead of the project that we were working on, abruptly left, I chose Bobby as the technical lead. At that time, he had just been promoted to a Senior Software Engineer, but he had the right temperament, domain knowledge, technical expertise and above all else, the ability to execute. Bobby has excellent technical leadership skills, writes well architected code, is extremely productive and thorough. In addition, Bobby is a superb owner. He listens to feedback and discusses alternative designs and provides open and honest feedback. He consistently engages and helps new and entry engineers with technical issues. Bobby is a superb addition to any team, especially if you are looking for someone to technically lead your team. I highly recommend Bobby!
