  Opening of the job site at the beginning of the day and closing the job site at the end of the day.Daily organization and coordination of all subcontractor duties and responsibilities.Responsible for any problem solving or coordination duties that need to be made between different subs on site.Enforcement of subcontracts with each sub to make sure they are in compliance with their scope of work.Coomunicating with on site team to make sure all RFIs, submittals, etc are up to date/ completed.Perform daily inspections of work in progress on site.During inspections if issues are found, coordinates with the site team/ designer to find a resolution.Hold and manage weekly on site subcontractor progress/ safety meetings.Ensure all subcontractors on site are producing quality work in a timely manner.If subcontractors have deficient work they will be made aware and it is my duty to monitor and follow up with subcontractors to make sure any deficiencies are corrected.Enforcement of all safety requirements per OSHA 1926, 1910 & the EM-385-1-1 if working on government installations.Keep and maintain Daily Reprt log of all activities happening on site.Keep, maintain, and update construction schedule as phases of construction are on going.Always deliver a high quality product on time and within budget.
