  During my time as a site manager for the Kerr County YMCA I was responsible for flag football of all age groups. Being available on site to enforce rules and regulations during the events, along with making sure they were ran on time. I also learned the preparation to set up the events, clean up, and occasional refereeing. At times I was able to make decisions based off of controversial experiences in order to better situations and for events in the future.
