Bo is a dedicated, intelligent, hard working, and competent individual with a great work ethic. Bo is easy-going and will develop lasting relationships with those he comes into contact with. While he is easy-going by nature he has a strong business acumen and will develop great expertise at whatever he does. We promoted Bo to a Team Lead position based on his leadership abilities, underwriting skills, solid decision-making skills, and strong business acumen. Bo excels as a leader and I was impressed with his objective and constructive interactions with sales and operations personnel.
