Mourad Eldeeb

To Whom It May Concern, It has been my pleasure to provide this letter of recommendation for Boris, as he seeks to further his career in the construction/design industry. I’ve worked closely with Boris while building BOSA Waterfront centre. Boris has shown excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to control costs and has consistently met design schedule. On a personal level, he is charismatic, well-spoken, and patient, all qualities that have served him well in his role as a Geotechnical engineer. Boris managed all aspects of the Geotechnical design and inspections during the design/construction phase, He consistently showed his ability to interact with trades, city officials, and fellow team members. His excellent relationships, combined with his leadership skills, enabled him to consistently meet our expectations. Lastly, Boris is always ready to lend a helping hand to his teammates and contributes during team meetings and sessions. Boris has been an overall pleasure to work with and I am confident that he will succeed in any environment that he chooses to be in. Sincerely, Mourad Eldeeb Construction Superintendent
