There is not enough praise and highlight I can give Blythe that does justice to all she encompasses personally and professionally. Out of college I came into the medical device industry working for a small medical device company as a one man marketing team. With a product launch amongst many other sales support needs, my employer hired Blythe with Karow Consulting to guide myself, the COO, and CEO through the process. She quickly took me under her wing and gave me an immense amount of confidence and peace as I was navigating the real world of marketing. Blythe seamlessly directed and began a rebrand to align our messaging with our brand, prepared us for a national conference appearance, product launch, and many many other focus areas. Blythe's powerhouse marketing knowledge and her ability to lead with excitement lead to increased product sales and left a lasting impact on me personally. Simply, Blythe is a natural leader who mentors with passion and diverse in her craft.

Blythe is always fun to work with. She and I studied strategy and consulting together, where I saw her ingenuity at work. She tackles problems in a no-nonsense manner with an eye for practical results and a sense of humor that keeps tough projects from becoming unbearable. She is a strong leader capable of guiding strategy in a general management or consulting role.

Blythe did an excellent job as product manager for BlueSky Medical. BlueSky was a small but rapidly growing Medical Company and Blythe completed several critical projects to allow us to continue with strong growth. Blythe had the detail orientation as well as the motivation to drive these projects. She would be an asset to any company.
