Brittany is one of my absolutely favorite people, personally and professionally. When I began working with Equus, Brittany showed me the ropes on how to build and manage client caseloads. At that time, she was in the final stretches of her MBA program with LSU. I knew that Human Resources was her ultimate goal, and having an HR background, I was more than willing to encourage her. More so, Brittany was extremely receptive to my input and feedback. Personally, Brittany has continued to amaze me. She became a mother while she was a teenager, and not only has she excelled professionally, she has been a true mentor to her now teenage daughter who is excelling as well. Any company would benefit from having Brittany Salter on its team- she is educated, motivated, and she has demonstrated exceptional promise as she continues to leave her mark on this world.
