  As the Communication Manager for the USAID-funded West Africa Trade & Investment Hub, I lead a team of six skilled communication professionals, together we work to promote the Trade Hub partnerships with over 90 private-sector companies working to generate new private investment, create jobs, and increase the value of exports in the region.I lead the planning and implementation of communication activities covering 14 West African countries and the development of communication & promotional materials; newsletters, factsheets one/two-pagers, banners, event brochures, and impact stories. I work extensively with the team to ensure adherence to the USAID branding & marking guidelines and manage the project website, event planning & coordination, and media activities including drafting and reviewing of press releases, talking points, and speeches. I collaborate with the MEL & technical team to develop the quarterly and annual reports.
