I've had a pleasure of working with Blessing for ten months as my line manager. Blessing is wonderful to work with, and has exceptional skills in coaching, mentoring and motivating. I think that any employee would be lucky to work under the skillful supervision of Blessing.

Within my first 3 months at Arden University, I was the driving force in updating a lot of documentation templates which the student support team now utilises. I managed 5 staff members at my campus. I also supervised the updating & dissemination of our timetables to students every 6 weeks. I allocate specific tasks and portfolio to my team members with the aim to improve their knowledge in specific areas of the job and also give them ownership of certain tasks. At Arden, I organised and delivered several group and 1:1 trainings on: -Progression- accessing each students credits, identifying Push backs, repeaters and other anomalies and, contacting these student’s with this information. -Timetables (creating, amending and cascading to students), -Excel training- basic user guides and particularly how to apply them to our various spreadsheets we use daily -Basic Student Finance training -Creating registers and so much more. .

At BIMM London, I worked as a student support advisor with heavy focus on pastoral and wellbeing support. This type of support required building a rapport with a cohort of over 500 students who I was solemnly supporting. Most of the students I attended to were particularly ones who are vulnerable or experiencing emotional or practical difficulties that are affecting their learning.
